ABOUT ROOTSTOCK
Rootstock Investment Group was founded in 2006. Since that time, the company has had two primary business purposes. First, it serves as a platform for the purchase and operation of investment properties. Rootstock has had ownership interests and served as the manager in both companies owning residential income and commercial buildings. The other business purpose is to provide brokerage services to its clients interested in investment properties
SCOTT EZRA
Scott is the founder and President of Rootstock.
Before founding Rootstock, Scott spent from 1998 to 2006 practicing law, specializing in commercial and real estate matters. Scott's clients ranged from a national supermarket chain to regional brokerage firms, to small real estate investment groups and family trusts.
In 2006 Scott joined Clement Partners, a boutique real estate brokerage and investment firm, where he acted as a broker/consultant handling real estate transactions in the $1-$5M range for Clement Partners and its clients.
In 2013, Scott went out on his own at Rootstock Investment Group.
